These delivery and sales conditions (general terms of service) apply exclusively to all our deliveries and services. 
We do not recognize deviating conditions. 
All offers are always non-binding. In principle, they are only valid while stocks last. The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the button “Submit order” you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. We will send you an automated email to confirm receipt of your order. The purchase contract was concluded with this email. Past orders can be viewed in your account.
The contract language is English. 
Representative or technical errors in price labeling, images, product descriptions or other content, as well as other errors, are reserved. 
Our prices are always final prices. These final prices do not include VAT, as we are tax-exempt according to §6 (1) 27 UStG (small business regulation). 
Price errors reserved. If the correct price is higher, the customer will be contacted; In this case, a contract is only concluded if the customer wants to buy at the actual price. If the correct price is lower, the lower price will be charged. 
In addition to the stated product prices, there are also shipping costs. 
The payment for products from our online shop is made via PayPal.
5. DELIVERY / DELIVERY PERIOD Delivery time for 
digital products (download products):
Digital download products (such as cutting files, handicraft sheets, digital paper) are only sent electronically. These will be activated after receipt of payment. With the PayPal payment method, the activation takes place automatically after receipt of payment. 

The place of jurisdiction is Wels, Upper Austria. . 
The customer agrees that his personal data, such as name / company, contact person, date of birth, address and other addresses, telephone number, e-mail address, bank details, credit card details, for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and looking after the customer as well as for his own Advertising purposes, for example for sending newsletters (in paper and electronic form), as well as for the purpose of indicating the existing or previous business relationship with the customer, are determined, stored and processed.
The customer consents to electronic mail being sent to him for advertising purposes until further notice.

If individual provisions are ineffective, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
